We\u2019re all too well aware of the struggles with mental health that so many people deal with on a daily basis, often silently. Young people are no exception, and they face so many pressures that can affect them deeply. For some, it can be very difficult to see any hope of things improving. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With this in mind, the Rev\u2019d. Nick Jones (Rector of the Drung Group of Parishes), has written a series of short messages of hope entitled \u2018Dear despairing young person\u2019. He begins with these important words: \u2018I just want you to know that you are incredibly valuable.
